Hoivia, a messaging application which allows for one-on-one chat, group messaging, and multimedia sharing in real-time.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
A User can have 10 IDs max in all cases from one email.
- Not serve any security services to those Users.
- Either you surrender by your choice or, we can take your IDs until you have only 10IDs with you.
If we found more then 10 IDs from one email will be treated as voilation of terms of hoivia we will
- First we send a notification mail.
- If user not reply mail and not logged in then we will delete the account and let it available to create again.
- If user created account and not logged in from 3 months and above will be treated in this category
If we user not logged in from 6 months then will treat it as inactive user we will
The Application may be used to send messages between users of the Application. If you send a message to one or more other user(s), we will retain the message, the sender and recipient data, and associate it with your phone number or account.
3. Picture, video, and data sharing.
The Application may be used to send pictures, videos, audio files, and data on any user’s location (“Media File(s)”), between users of the Application. If you send any such Media File to one or more other user(s, The file link will be public and available to see by them who have that exact URL.
The Application allows you to send Media Files to more than one user at a time by sending any such Media File to a chatroom of users (“chatroom”). You can create chatroom by inviting other users or be invited to a chatroom. Once a user is added to a conversation/chatroom, such user will receive all messages and Media Files sent by you as part of that conversation.
5. Public Profile.
The Application may display your full name, phone number, and profile picture associated with your Account. Your public profile will be shown to anyone who knows your phone number within the Application.
You can choose to have your device warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
